4.5 Stars

This is such a fun book! If I were you, I would defiantly go and pre-order this book.

I was hooked after reading the synopsis because not only does it have Selection vibes with Bachelor-like dating, but it also involves Supernatural creatures (can’t tell you what kind because that gives away someof the surprises but think outside of the normal vampire/werewolf box)!

If you like:

  • Super-hot guys
  • Magical kisses
  • Fun dates
  • Twists and turns
  • And someone trying to kill the MC

This is the book for you!

Hitched is one of those books that will get you out of that reading slump! Kimmie is so much fun because she has those awkward moments around hot guys like we all do. She is also very real. When reading books about these supernatural people, we often think “Why did they do that? I would have seen that a mile away and do something totally different.” Well, if we were actually put in that situation, I bet we would go down the same path as the character from the book. Kimmie is definitely like many of us, and she struggles with all of these mythical things and goes about it the best that she can.

The guys in this book are so hilarious, sweet, and charming…well most of them *hahaha*. There are a couple that stole my heart the firsttime I met them and some that are starting to grow on me. With 25 guys with such different personalities, it would be hard for any women to choose between them. I am definitely going to have to keep reading to find out who Kimmie will pick in the end, and she might surprise us all.

With the guys, magical elements, fun parties and dates, surprising plot twists, and another potential love interest that isn’t one of the 25 contestants, it had me finishing Hitched in 3 days.

I think this book was so much fun because it doesn’t havethe heaviness that most books with mythical creatures in it because those booksare normally so long and detailed because the MC is trying to save this kingdomor world from the ominous bad guy. Hitched reads like a regular contemporary novel with these fun pops of color that the guys bring with their abilities. Ithas plenty of details of not only the setting but also of the characters and the scenes.

Right now, my favorite guy is… well I can narrow it down to about four of rive but I don’t think I can choose quite yet. Proceed withcaution when you read this book because you could find yourself falling quicker than you think (and possibly for more than one guy!).
