Hi everyone! How are y’all doing? I’m telling you, I’ve been reading so much that I’m almost caught up on all of the upcoming books that I’m supposed to read! I know, it’s crazy!
Anyways, I’ve been tagged a while back to do The Prediction Book Tag and The Ultimate Recommendations Tag! I started one these tags last week so some of the answers in the prediction tag might have changed!

ALL THESE PROMPTS ARE PREDICTIONS FOR YOUR…
I’m currently reading a couple of books to review, so I don’t foresee myself starting a book soon, but my next book that I’m going to reread is Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout and next new book is probably going to be All the Stars and Teeth by Adalyn Grace!
Next 5 Star Read
All My Love, Alec Brock by Larissa Lopes
I was contact by Larissa a couple of weeks ago to review her upcoming book because she saw my 5SOS Book Tag and thought I would enjoy her book since her book has a lot of influences by musicians that we both love! I just started it and got so many feels after reading the preface!
Then, if I had done this a couple of days ago, I would have said Crave, but now I’m going with Woven in Moonlight by Isabel Ibanez!
Next 1 Star Read
I don’t even know! To be a one start, by my rating scale, the book would have to be a DNF for me! The lowest book I’ve rated in a while was 3.25 stars.
Next Love Interest (Or Character Who Seems Really Cool)
James Herondale (if I ever get one of my copies of Chain of Gold)! Look if he’s Will and Tessa’s son, I know that I’m going to love him! Plus, I think he’s the one Herondale who’s not afraid of ducks.
Next Book You’ll Be Buying
I think I’m going to preorder 5SOS’ new album from target, and I’m thinking about buying a couple of books since I didn’t buy any last month. I’m thinking about getting Adorkable and another book (can’t say yet because even I don’t know)!
Next Book That Will Leave You With a Hangover
Gah… I haven’t had a true hangover in forever. I really have high hopes for SJM’s newest book. So, I’m going to say Crescent City!

Recommend a book from one of your favourite genres
Save the Date by Morgan Matson! This book is such a fun book that takes place over a couple of days. Charli’s sister is about to get married and has hopes that all of her brothers and sisters can have one last celebration before the dynamic of her family changes again. During the course of the book it seems like everything that could go wrong does, and Charli realizes that her family isn’t as perfect as she thinks!
Recommend a short book
An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson. I had read this book way before she had released details of Sorcery of Thorns and loved it! I had read this book in about a day and was captivated by Margaret’s detail to the story and the characters. I was surprised to hear some of the bigger booktubers say that they didn’t like the book, but I think it’s an enchanting story about a painter finding herself in a different world.
Recommend a book-to-screen adaptation
If I had to recommend something, I’d have to say To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before! There’s been a lot of book to screen adaptations over the years and many readers feel like it’s a hit or miss thing because they’ve become so attached to the book that they can’t see somebody’s take of that book turned into a adaptation. There are times where I like the adaptation more than the book like Pretty Little Liars and Gossip Girl then there are times where the book is better.
Recommend a book out of your comfort zone
Mmmm… my first thought was to recommend a RH book, but I feel like that’s in my comfort zone since I’ve been reading a lot of them. Then I thought about mental health books that kind of borderline thriller. So for this, I’m going to say Ryan’s Bed by Tijan. So I had really high expectations for this book because hello the title. I had never read any of Tijan’s books before and didn’t know what to expect, but in short this is about a girl who’s struggling with the death of her twin and find comfort with Ryan and his stability.
Recommend a book series
The Testing Series by Joelle Charbonneau. I had read this trilogy back in the 9th grade and loved it. The cover is the thing that caught my attention first because it has a thing of the front of it that reminded me of the factions in Divergent and at that time I loved that series so I had to pick this one up! If I had to describe this book series, it’s like The Hunger Games meets Divergent because the country is divided into sections and each graduating class has so many of the highest testing students go to this university type place to further their education and while Cia and Tomas are getting settled in, there are a bunch of deaths.
Recommend a standalone
The Supervillain and Me by Danielle Banas! This is such a fun book where superheroes are real, and the MC is the normal in a family of sups! Then a villain starts to show up and makes things a lot more interesting!
Recommend a book you don’t talk about enough
I feel like there are so many of them! But I’m going to have to say Sarah Dessen books! She’s one of the authors that made me fall in love with contemporary, and I just don’t talk about her books like I should!
Recommend your “staple” book
The Ghost Bird Series by C. L. Stone! This series has everything from a slow burn romance to growth to dealing with high school to odd family dynamics!
Recommend the book(s) that got you into reading
Percy Jackson, Beautiful Creatures (I know), The Mortal Instruments, and Divergent.
I’m tagging anyone who would like to do either (or both) tag! Just link me in it so I can read your answers!
Happy reading until next time,
