Review Policy

Hello authors and writers! If you have made it this far to my blog and are considering me to review your book, thank you!

I am currently not open for reviews that are TIME SENSITIVE (as in they need to be reviewed in less than a THREE of weeks). HOWEVER, please read the next part carefully. Since I am working full time as a registered nurse and about to further my nursing education, I don’t have a lot of free time for reading, so it may take a month or so for me to be able to review your book. If you are still interested in me reading and reviewing you book, please email me (email address is towards the bottom of the page) for further information!

I am currently open for other services like cover reveals and weekly release posts! For more information on those services please click the respective service.

All reviews are 100% my own opinion. My reviews are generally about my overall thoughts regarding the book, and I rate books based on quarter stars (3, 3.25, 3.50, 3.75, 4, etc.). I include a synopsis in the review post. With some reviews I may include a playlist of songs that goes with certain parts of the book or that seem to fit a character and select quotes, but please note that not all book reviews include this. I do not include author information in my book review posts.

At this time, I am primarily reading new adult and adult books with romance being the primary theme (can be contemporary, fantasy, paranormal, etc.). I am still open to select young adult books but please let it be an upper YA title.

The following genres are what I am accepting to read:

Genres I will not accept:

• Middle Grade/Children’s
• Poetry
• Non-fiction
• Memiors
• Self-Help

Any genre not mentioned above will be considered on a case by case basis.

Formats I accept:

• Hardcover
• Paperback
• ebook (epub)

I read both published and unpublished books.

I tend to read about 2-3 books at a time; however, please allow up to a month or so for a review because I am a full time college student. Once I finish a review, I normally post it on Twitter, Instagram, Goodreads, Pinterest, and Amazon (if the book is published). I normally post a photo on Instagram with the cover in the photo, but please note that it is a lot easier to take a book photo with a physical book because photos with an electronic screen tends to look distorted and don’t turn out nearly as well.
